An intro and my reasoning

So the other day I started a blog entitled "there is no fat in fashion" and I was going to delve into my struggle to squeeze my butt into designer denim made for long legged beauties with “derriere’s” rather then “trunks”. You see, I love clothes, I love fashion, and I LOVE risks. But unfortunately I don’t love my thighs, or my arms, or my waist. That being said… I thought, what better way to motivate myself to lunge and thrust my way into a smaller sized dress then to record my daily runs and boot camp classes.

I could NOT get motivated… trust me, I am at the gym every single day… but writing about it!? That is a totally different story. I love to write, but I tend to write when I am passionate, and I am not quite passionate enough about my lack of or abundance of fat to sit here and go on in lengths about it.

So then I thought again…. And it came to me. I LOVE music, I eat breathe and sleep fashion and music. So why not write about that!?

And then it hit me… the music industry, and fashion industry is tied together in so many ways. It could be a muse, or a feeling, an experience, that strikes both musicians and designers the same way to create their art and push the boundaries.

So now that I have decided what to write about… I am going to go about it differently each time until I find a more common theme to link my stories together.

Like an organic hippy experience… and similar to how I would imagine the first carrot cake was created. Ladies and gentlemen…. Let me be your carrot cake.
